1. Add products to your cart. Browse the shop, choose your Whole Melt Extracts products, and proceed to checkout.
2. Select Bitcoin / cryptocurrency payment. Choose the Bitcoin payment option at checkout to receive the 15% crypto discount.
3. Copy the wallet address shown at checkout. A dedicated Bitcoin wallet address will be provided for your order. Copy it exactly; cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed if sent to the wrong address.
4. Open your Bitcoin wallet or exchange app. Use Cash App, Coinbase, Kraken, Revolut, or another trusted wallet that supports Bitcoin withdrawals.
5. Send the exact BTC amount. Paste the wallet address, enter the exact amount requested, review any network fees, and confirm the transfer.
6. Save your transaction ID. After sending payment, copy the transaction hash/ID or take a screenshot of the completed transfer.
7. Email your transaction ID to complete your order. After sending payment, email your transaction ID/hash to sales@wholemetextract.com along with your order number so we can match and confirm your payment.
8. Email support if requested. If your order page asks for proof of payment, email your order number and transaction ID to sales@wholemetextract.com.
