Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of cannabis products and for health and safety reasons, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect product was shipped
- Order was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued at the current market value at the time of processing.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

- Opened or used products
